Initiate Your Request
Log in to your DuRoBo account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid damage during transit and ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
