What is the standard shipping time for DuRoBo electronics?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do your electronic products come with a warranty?
Yes, all DuRoBo hardware includes a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories. A small restocking fee may apply to opened non-defective items.
Are DuRoBo products compatible with both iOS and Android?
Most of our smart devices and peripherals are designed for cross-platform compatibility. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' section on individual product pages for specific OS requirements.
Which payment methods do you accept?
